Hoax or living embodiment of the mythical beast? Authorities at a nature park in Italy have spotted a "real" unicorn! Hundreds of gawkers have trekked out to see this wondrous critter, the unicorn was born in captivity at the park, its twin is normal. Could something like this be the origins of the myth?

A Nightmare to Remember Film Festival

Welcome to Sunday my little ghostdroppings creatures. Yeah, I have been away. I have been busy working on some major projects which include some screenplays but enough about me. Today I want to bring to your attention a very cool independent film festival happening in San Francisco at the Opera Theater on June 21st. Why is this so important you ask? Well we should all support independent horror for one. Two, the fest will screen the US PREMIERE of the film Vampyros Lesbos, a contemporary homage to the 1971 Jess Franco erotic vampire classic (Your welcome USA)

And third...cause I am the coolest and I said so.

This is a very spooky one. A man became concerned when food was disappearing from his Tokyo apartment for a period of several months. Finally, as a last act of desperation he installed a web cam, when it sent a pic to his phone of a woman creeping around, he called the police. What they found was truly amazing!

MEMORIAL DAY

America’s freedom & peace does not come easy, there’s a big price attached to it. It came out of the price the people of the nation paid through their patience in the war-torn times, the price the nation’s millions of soldiers paid by braving the enemies in the line of fire and the price the fallen heroes paid by laying down their lives defending the nation. It is these men and women in uniform whom we remember and venerate on Memorial Day. For generations, they’ve fought in land, air and seas to protect America’s democracy and peace. For ages, they’ve preserved the nation’s freedom and ensured national security in the face of continuous threats. It is these men and women whom America can never forget and never fail to honor.......

With this I said I give thanks, not just today, this weekend but everyday.

I am sitting here working on the new 2008 Fright Catalog and I was looking back on some of the old catalogs. Here is the FIRST Fright Catalog from way back in 1994. 14 years of Halloween madness and tons of great people. I am really looking forward to making this catalog the best one yet.
